Nutrition coaching

As Dietitians, we are qualified experts that can help you succeed with your health and nutrition goals.

We specialize in providing personalised support for:

- Implementing practical strategies towards a more sustainable and nutritious diet

- Weight concerns 

- Gut issues (e.g. food intolerances and Irritable Bowel Syndrome)

- General healthy eating (e.g. Iron deficiency, pre-diabetes and nutrition for energy)

 

 


We work within a non-diet framework where we respect all body sizes and take a holistic approach to food. We will meet you where you are on your sustainability journey with no judgement.
We cater for vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. 

 

Consultations are done remotely via Zoom or Skype.

Prices:

Initial consultation (50 minutes) - $120

Includes an assessment of your current diet, setting nutrition goals and planning strategies to help you reach them.

Follow up consultations (20 minutes) - $50

For monitoring your progress with your goals and re-strategizing as needed. 

All prices are in NZD and are GST inclusive. Check if your health insurance policy can cover some of the cost.

Menu services

We support facilities, including rest homes & early childhood centres with: 

- Menu development and auditing

- Delivering a high quality food service

- Food service staff training on nutrition and special diets.

We offer a complimentary Sustainability Audit with any of our Menu services.

Group talks

We deliver educational presentations to workplaces and community groups, that facilitate discussion around nutrition and sustainability.

Our presentation topics include:

- Sustainable healthy eating 

- Reducing food waste

- Efficient meal planning


Talks will be tailored specifically to your audience and needs.
